"Open Houses of Faith" is an educational forum for enhancing public awareness about different faiths and religions in the Washington metropolitan area. The series has been designed for anyone interested in learning about their religious neighbors. It is organized as a public service by local volunteers of the Girl Scouts of the USA (patches can be earned for participation).

All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS Center) is one of the largest Muslim communities/mosques in the DC Metro Area and in the U.S. ADAMS Center is a non profit 501c(3) organization serving over 5000 families w/ seven branches (Sterling/ Herndon, Tysons Corner, Fairfax, Reston, Leesburg, Ashburn, and South Riding) in Northern VA. ADAMS Center is governed by a thirteen-member democratically elected board of trustees comprising of men and women and engages in regular interfaith, government relations, social services, and community service. ADAMS has one of the largest Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Girl Scout programs in the DC Metro area.
